Orders placed online can only be returned if your sweater has not been worn.

When exchanging size or color in store, to avoid unnecessary travel, please write to us at service@baltrakon.com to check the availability and location of the product.
When exchanging a size or color by mail, a $7 fee will be charged for shipping the replacement item.
Purchases made online will be refunded via our website. If the item is returned in person in store, the refund request will be sent to our customer service who will refund the item within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are not refundable. An order that received free shipping will be refunded less the $12 shipping fee.
