If you want to change an item

Send an email to marc-andre@baltrakon.com. Please provide the order number and notify us of your request.
You can bring or ship (via Canada Post) your package to the following address:

You will bear the return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of your items, we will check them and then send you the new clothes in exchange.
To ensure the exchange is valid, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. The postmark will be considered as the return date.
